Rev. Ronnie Johnson, Senior Pastor
Ronnie Johnson has served as our senior pastor since November, 2002.  He formerly served as the pastor of Elmore Church of the Nazarene for eleven years.  Franklin Community of Faith has grown steadily under his loving leadership.  In his ministry and preaching he is ever mindful that we can do nothing apart from Christ and the power of the Spirit.
     Pastor Ronnie loves to sing for the sake of Jesus.  He serves as part of our worship team and often shares the gospel through music at various community venues.  His greatest passion is spreading the good news of Jesus and the joy that is possible through him.  It is his desire that every person who attends our church be embraced in loving community and that each time we exit the church doors we seek to be a blessing to everyone we meet.
     Pastor Ronnie and his wife Brenda have a son Chris and a daughter Rhonda and live on a farm in Spring Hill.  His interests include southern gospel music and the occasional Elvis impression.


Randy Shaw, Music Pastor
Randy Shaw has served as our Worship Pastor at Franklin Community of Faith since August 1, 2010.  Randy is a singer-songwriter and has led worship and taught worship workshops at churches and conferences across the U.S., as well as in Zambia, Uganda, Kenya, Bolivia, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Jamaica.
     He has ministered to the homeless in rescue missions since 1995, and he is currently the Senior Development Officer at the Nashville Rescue Mission.
    He has been married to Karen for 33 years, and has two sons and five grandchildren.  His most difficult gig has been suffering for Jesus by leading worship on two Carnival Cruises.


Rev. Judy Frazier, Pastoral Care Minister
Judy Frazier serves as our Pastoral Care Minister.  About the time Judy was planning to retire, God called her into ministry.  She received her degree from Asbury University and is an ordained deacon in the Church of the Nazarene.  She served in ministry at The Hope Center, a Christian rehabilitation center for women for three years and has been on staff at Franklin for six years.  In many ways Judy serves as our pastor of compassion and encouragement through visits, calls and cards, but she also serves in worship and teaching roles, and we are blessed by her leadership and generous spirit.  Her outside interests include reading, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren. Rev. Bob McKenzie, Senior Adult Pastor
Rev. Robert L. McKenzie (Bob) servers as our senior adult pastor.  He was born in Columbus, Georgia where he was a fireman when God called him to preach.  He pastored churches in Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Kentucky and Tennessee.  He retired from the pastorate after 32 years, and then spent three years in evangelism.  He has a Bachelors Degree in Pastoral Counseling.
 
Bob is married to Barbara, his high school sweetheart.  They have three grown children: Ken, Rick and Joy, and four grandchildren: Tyler, Amber, Caitlin and Thad.
 
Bob loves hunting, fishing and woodworking.


Rev. Chelli Jones, Pastor of Discipleship
Chelli Jones serves as our Pastor of Discipleship.  Prior to joining the staff at Franklin, Chelli served as the President of Tennessee District Nazarene Youth International and as a pastor at Trevecca Towers for five years.  She is an ordained elder of the church of the Nazarene, holds a B.S. and J.D. from Vanderbilt University and is currently pursuing her Masters of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary.  Chelli strives to help people truly know and understand God better through the comprehensive and informed study of his revelatory Word, and it is her desire that in all actions and words of our church, we thoughtfully and accurately reflect the nature of God.


Delbert Ragsdale, Visitation Pastor
Pastor Delbert directs our nursing home ministry and serves faithfully in leadership roles in our prison, singles and Loving People ministry.  He is also a member of the Tennessee District Council for singles ministries.  Delbert holds his district minister's license and is pursuing ordination.  Our congregation is continually blessed by Pastor Delbert's sincere and generous heart.

Jon Allen, Youth Pastor
Jon Allen serves as our minister to youth and their families.  Jon is newly married to Kari.
